To help people with anxiety and related problems, including depression, stress, trauma, and cancer survivorship, I use evidence-based, cognitive behavioral treatments. Evidence-based treatments are supported by research that shows effectiveness in helping people make emotional and behavioral changes. I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral methods in my practice.
